• no more than FOUR characters per player
• no superpowers, no angels or demons - this is a normal pb game and we hope you will try and make your characters as three dimensional as possible
• update at least once every two weeks
• we'd like it if you didn't try & match your pbs to the artists of the songs you choose
• once accepted you have three days to make an intro before being removed
• we'll never ask you for OOC info; the choice to give such info out is yours and by doing so you're at your own risk
• limit of songs per artist (for sake of variety) is TEN
• no disney/musical/tv theme songs (aladdin, rent, gilligan's island etc)
• the songs must have a character/person in them and not be just a general we/us type — if there's a song that's held or applied for that we think doesn't have a good basis for a character we'll mention something & provide you with alternatives
• while this is more of a guideline, we'd love for the songs you pick to have actual names in them (& use the first or last name in your character!) — if you Google it, there's quite a few lists & lots of songs, so please keep that in mind before picking Gaga's latest hit
• no character influences based off real people that are mentioned in songs (Weezer - Buddy Holly) arguably, there are some exceptions to this & if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask
• only one version of a song is allowed, no matter how many covers it has
• once a song is used as a primary it can only be reused as a secondary
• songs that have multiple characters or couples can be used for storylines, however they must be listed as a secondary song
• you NEED to have a primary song, a secondary is optional & the difference between the two is as follows:
PRIMARY the character in the song is what you will mold your character from — whether it be their personality, what job they have, what their love life is like, etc. if you need help finding a song let us know and give us an era (50s/60s/70s/80s/90s/00s.)
SECONDARY since basing a character off of one song that may only have a character mentioned in one line/verse may be difficult, we're giving you the option of using another song to help flesh out/influence your character. this second song can be any song unless it is in violation of the rules. please note; this song does not have to have a name in it. again if you would like help we're more than happy to search our playlists for you.

PREMISE
Everyone listens to music, and everyone has their favorite song or artist. Rather than give a list of stereotypical premades — you get to choose your favorite song and base your character from it. This is a pb comm set in the fictional suburb of Rockland, Maine. It's got everything a middle class suburb that's partially on the coast has & it's only a few minutes from Bay City. • Write a bio (at least 2 paragraphs. a paragraph = 5-7 sentences.) that includes the song premise/idea/outline somehow. Also include a minimum of 10 facts.
